About this frame
A slim, square 17mm profile — understated and endlessly versatile, in a deep, confident black in a smooth, closed-grain finish. It suits monochrome photography, bold typographic prints and anything you want to feel grounded and gallery-sharp. Each frame is cut, mitred and assembled to fit your print — handmade in the UK and shipped ready to hang.

Can you frame a team or action photo taken on a phone?
Yes. A modern phone shot prints sharply up to A3 / 12×16. For larger sizes, upload the highest-resolution version you have — the configurator flags anything likely to print soft before you order.
What size suits a team or group photo?
Wider group shots sit best at 12×16, 16×20 or A2 and up, where faces stay clear. Single-player or action shots work from 8×10 upward. All 27 sizes are available in inches, centimetres and the full A-paper range.
Which frame finishes work for sports prints?
Five solid-wood profiles — Black, White, Oak, Antique Gold and Antique Silver, all 17mm. Black and Oak are the most popular for team and stadium shots; the metallics suit trophy and presentation pieces.
What paper and inks do you use?
Heavyweight matte stock, acid-free and lignin-free, with pigment inks rated 100+ years light-fast — the same paper used for fine-art and gallery prints, glazed with clear acrylic.
How long until it arrives?
