Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of our products being custom/personalised we are unable to accept returns or refunds on your order. However, if the order was damaged in transit or an error caused by us, we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If you had an error on the order details including the shipping address, entered when placing the order, we don't accept returns for customer error, or for wrong size ordered, or customer oversight, or partial returns.
Cancellations (if applicable)
Once your order is placed it may be possible to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP hello@printframeco.com
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@printframeco.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@printframeco.com for the steps on how to do this.
Cancellations (if applicable)
For non-personalised products it may be possible to cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet, please contact us right away if you wish to cancel. Email: hello@printframeco.com
For gift cards it is not possible to cancel or refund these
For personalised orders, and at our discretion, we allow cancellations but only if these three conditions are met; it hasn't printed or framed or packaged. Once your order comes in it is sent straight to our designer to work on so it is important you should message us as soon as possible, including your order number. Email: hello@printframeco.com
It takes time to produce our designs and products, everything is made to order and done by hand - no automation or robots here, just real people diligently working away to make your order perfect. As a result we would charge 50% of the print only print only price as a cancellation charge to cover our costs.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
